ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½Å®ÓÅ does not charge for verifications. All requests must include signed and dated consent, giving ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½Å®ÓÅ permission to release the requested information. Please include the last 4 digits of the individual’s social security number and date of birth.
